Baptism

If you would like to have your child baptised, please telephone Fr Tim on 01653 692 128.  The baptism and reception of adults usually happens at the Easter Vigil, after a course of preparation.

First Holy Communion

Preparation takes place at St Joseph’s School. For other children wanting to make their First Holy Communion, contact Fr Tim.

Confirmation

Preparation usually takes place at St Joseph’s School, starting in January each year.  Others hoping to be confirmed should speak to Fr Tim.

Journey in Faith

“Journey in Faith” is the way to learn about the Catholic faith and begin a journey that will lead to becoming a Catholic. Please speak with Fr Tim for further information.

Sacrament of Reconciliation

Confessions are heard by appointment until further notice. Please speak with Fr Tim to arrange an appointment.

Weekday Mass

Mass is celebrated on Tuesdays evenings at 7pm.

Weddings

Couples hoping to be married at St Joseph’s Church should speak to Fr Tim before any other plans are made.

Funerals

Funerals at St Joseph’s are arranged through the funeral director according to the family’s request.  It is important to let your family know what sort of funeral you want, especially if they are not active Catholics themselves.
